摘要
论述了在高校图书馆管理实践中,“人”的因素主导一切,指出只有建立“以人为本”的管理理念并在管理模式、运行机制和队伍建设几方面形成系统,才能实现高校图书馆的快速发展。
This paper discusses on that the factor of the people plays a leading role in the practice of university library's management, and points out that only when the people-based managerial concept is established and the managerial mode, operational mechanism and the ranks construction form the system, can university library realize its rapid development.
