摘要
超声波提取辣木叶黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:水为溶剂,室温下无需加热,超声40min,工作间歇比2s/2s,循环泵25r/s,超声功率1200W。总黄酮提取率为96%。
The optimal technological conditions of moringa flavone extraction with ultrasonic radiation assistance were as follows :the extraction solvent was water , dispense with heating , ratio of ultrasonic run and interim time was 2s/2s ,pump rotate speed 25r/s,power of ultrasonic 1200W.Total flavone recovery was 96%.
