摘要
建立了一种土壤中尿素的高效液相色谱分析方法.以纯水为流动相,采用ODS色谱柱,流量1mL/min,测定波长190nm.测定尿素的线性范围为2~20μg/mL,检测限为0.3μg/mL;回收率为96.3~104.5%,相对标准偏差为3.8~5.2%.本法可用于各类土壤中尿素的测定.
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was proposed for urea in soil. In this method, a ODS column was used, pure water was used as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL/ min, the detect wavelength was 190nm. The linear range was 2-20/lg/mL,with a 0.0-200mg/L detection limit of 0.3μg/mL. The recovery rate was 96.3-104.5%, the relative standard deviation was 3.8 -5.2%. This method could be applied to the determination of content of urea in all kinds of soils.
