摘要 临界入口流量是旋流分离一体化设备设计和制造的主要数据,但目前对其机理没有明确的认识,使得临界入口流量的确定比较困难。分析认为,可利用入口流量和流速控制两相的相对速度,归纳出液气混合体系设备的临界入口流量和关联式,为有热质传递和分离一体化设备的设计和制造提供理论依据。 Critical intake flow rate is the major data for design and manufacturing of integrated cyclone transmission -separation equipment However, its mechanism has not been fully understood at present, so determination of critical intake flow rate is difficult It is believed based on a-nalysis that intake flow rate and flow velocity can be used to control the relative velocity of two phases and critical intake flow rate of mixed fluid - gas system equipment and correlation formula can be determined, so as to provide theoretical basis for design and manufacturing of integrated caloric transmission - separation equipment.
