香菇菌种不同组织分离物的DNA差异性研究

Studies on DNA Variation of the Different Isolates from Lentinula edodes Strains

香菇具无性繁殖特征,香菇生产者常通过无性的菌丝分离或子实体分离进行生产用菌种的繁殖及提纯复壮。本研究运用RAPD技术研究证明,同一香菇品种的不同组织分离物虽为无性繁殖后代,但因受培养基质、生态条件、栽培技术的影响,产生了一定程度的DNA水平上的遗传变异。

Lentinula edodes has the characteristics of asexual multiplication. In the commercial production, mushroom growers often propagate and purify the strains through tissue isolation from mycelium colonies and fruitbodies. Using RAPD technique, it was proved that affected by substrates, ecology and cultivation methods, the different tissue isolates of the same Lentinula edodes strain, which were asexual progenies, had DNA variation.
