重读经典:社区建设的“新空间”与“新精神”

Re-reading of the Classic: "New Space" and "New Spirit" in Community's Construction

在对滕尼斯经典理论的重读和现代性的分析之后,文章认为,当下的社区从空间结构上分立为地域共同体和脱域共同体。因此,社区研究和社区建设必须摆脱仅仅重视地域共同体的倾向,要逐步拓展脱域共同体研究的“新空间”;社区建设的目标要摆脱“传统共同体精神”的意蕴束缚,培育现代社区公民的“新共同体精神”,构建一个与市场经济相适应的公民社会。

After rereading the classical theory of Ferdinand Tonnies and the analysis of its modernity, we argue that the community in its space structure can be classified into two kinds： “take off the land community” and the region community. Therefore, community research and community construction must get rid of the inclination of paying attention to the region community only and expand new research space in “take off the land community” as well. The goal of the community construction should shake off the fetters of “traditional community spirit” and foster “new community spirit” so as to construet a citizen society in conformity with market economy.
