工科大学生法治观念的现状分析及其教育途径

Analdysis of the Ideas of Rule of Law in Technological University Students and its Educational Methods

本文通过问卷调查、访谈等方式,以南京工业大学毕业生为对象,围绕本校工科大学生的法治观念及社会对工科大学生法治观念的评价展开全面、深入地调查研究。从而了解到工科大学生的法治观念、所掌握法律知识的来源情况、课堂教学情况、社会用人单位对他们的客观要求根据中共中央国务院第16号文件精神进行分析、总结,并提出改进法治教育的途径。

Aiming at the technological university students＇ ideas of rule of law and the society objective requirements of them, we launched an overall investigation among graduates in Nanjing University of Technology by means of questionnaires investigation, interview, etc. This paper presents some data of the technological university students＇ ideas of rule of law, their sources of legal knowledge, their classroom instruction state and objective demands of them, by society. Based on them, the paper also makes some analysis according to the spirit of document no. 16 by the State Council of CCCPC and suggests come methods to improve legal education.
