摘要
目的 观察不同类型除草剂对大鼠血糖水平的影响。方法 通过大鼠90天经口毒性试验,检测大鼠第45天和第90天的血糖水平,评价受试物对大鼠血糖水平的影响。结果 5种受试物不同程度地引起大鼠血糖水平升高。其中磺草酮原药和醚苯磺隆原药雌性大鼠在第45天血糖水平高于对照组,但在第90天恢复到对照组水平。特丁净原药和麦草畏原药各剂量组血糖增高水平具有一定的剂量反应关系。结论 受试样品干扰大鼠血糖水平。
Objective To observe the level serum glucose in rats fed by herbicides.Methods The effect of the herbicides on the serum glucose levels of rats were measured in the 90-day oral toxicological tests. Results The five kinds of herbicides could increase the serum glucose with different characters. The sulcotrione and triasulfuron could lead to increase the serum glucose on the 45 day. However, the serum glucose was found to be normal again on 90 day. The serum glucose in the terbutyrn and dicamba groups was found to be over the upper limit value with a certain dose - effect relationship. Conclusion The serum glucose of rats was interrupted by the 5 kinds of herbicides.
