摘要
为迎接2005年亚太城市市长峰会,进一步提升城市形象,完善城市功能,按照“渝中半岛城市形象设计”对两路口—朝天门地区的有关规划控制要求,重庆市渝中区政府决定对此路段街景改造提出综合整治的规划方案,并委托重庆大学建筑设计院进行具体设计工作。笔者有幸参与其中,并对老城区街景改造的必要性以及如何进行“多快好省”的街景改造设计进行了分类总结。
In order to greet 2005 APCS （Asia Pacific Cities Summit）, promote further the city image and perfect city function, according to control request for Lianglukou and Chaotianmeng by Yuzhong Peninsula City Image Design, Chongqing government entrusts the Chongqing University Design Institute to advance general layout plan for vista transformation. This paper carries on the classified summary for the necessity of the old city vista transformation and how to carry on the economical design.
