流式细胞术分析卵巢癌患者术前术后免疫功能的变化

The Immunology Function Change of Ovarian Cancer Patients Before and After Operation by Flow Cytometry

目的：探讨卵巢癌患者术前术后免疫功能的变化。方法：采用流式细胞仪分析卵巢良性肿瘤和卵巢癌患者术前术后血液中 CD4、 CD8、 CD56、 CD16的变化。结果：卵巢癌患者术前、术后免疫功能有差异。结论：细胞减灭术有利于卵巢癌患者免疫功能的恢复。

Objective： To observe the immunology function change of the ovarian cancer patients before and after operation. Methods： The percentages of CD4,CD8,CD56,CD16 in blood of ovarian cancer patients and benign tumor patients before and after operation were measured by flow by tornetry. Results： The immunology function of ovarian cancer patients before and after operation was obviously different.Conclusion：Cyto-deductive-operation is helfful to recover the immunology function of the ovarian cancer patients.
