摘要
高分子油气分离膜已广泛应用于变压器在线监测仪中,但这些膜的气体渗透率比较低,导致在线监测仪的响应时间和测量准确度不能令人满意。该文运用自由体积理论分析了膜油气分离的机理,研究了一种新型的油气分离膜——M 40。设计了油气分离试验平台。该平台由油箱、温控器、色谱分析仪等组成。在此平台上将M 40与聚四氟乙烯、F 46、GP 100等3种膜做了对比实验。结果表明,M 40膜的渗透率远远超过了其他的膜,可以在12 h内实现H2、CH4、C2H6、C2H4、C2H2、CO、CO2七种变压器故障特征气体的油气分离。M 40膜能够满足变压器油中溶解气体在线监测的需要。
Polymer films are widely used for oil-gas separation in transformer online monitoring equipment. Since the film permeation rates are usually low, the response time and accuracy of such measurements are not satisfactory. Analysis of the oil-gas separation mechanism with the free volume theory led to the development of a new film named the M40. The M40 film was compared with polytetrafluoroethylene films, F46 and GP100 in an experimental oil-gas separation setup. The results show that the M40 film has far higher gas permeability than other films and can separate the fault gases H2, CH4, C2H6, C2H4, C2H2, CO, and CO2 from the oil in 12h. Thus, the M40 film provides much better online transformer monitoring.
