Make Greater Efforts and Strictly Observe Standards to Promote Healthy and Orderly Development of Cable DTV

2005年9月23日,国家广电总局在山西太原召开了今年继大连现场会之后的第二次城市有线电视数字化推进工作现场会。本文是张海涛副局长在这次现场会上的讲话。张海涛副局长在讲话中概括出太原市四项新经验、新做法,通报了大连现场会以来全国有线电视数字化的进展情况。

The State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) has held the 2-nd national on-the-spot meeting on pilot projects for city Cable DTV in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, on this September 23rd after the Dalian On-the-spot Meeting in this year. This article is the speech of Deputy Director Zhang Haitao at this on-the-spot meeting. In his speech Zhang has summed up 4 pieces of new experience and new practice in Taiyuan City, reported the nationwide progress of cable DTV since the Dalian On-the-spot Meeting. and put forward several suggestions and demands on further promotion of cable DTV.
