某社区2型糖尿病患者健康促进的效果观察

THE EFFECT OF HEALTH PROMOTION IN 91 PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS IN A COMMUNITY.

目的:探讨2型糖尿病社区强化管理的模式。方法:选择已确诊的91例2型糖尿病患者为观察对象,采用健康教育、量化饮食、量化运动和指导合理用药的手段,进行为期三个月的强化管理,观察其中10项指标。结果:3个月的管理前后,糖尿病患者的健康意识明显提高,各项指标均有不同程度下降,其中总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)3者差异无统计学意义,P均>0.05,而血压、体重、腰围、空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三脂(TG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)等指标差异有统计学意义,P均<0.01,。结论:以饮食、运动、能量平衡为核心的健康促进手段取得了预期效果。

Objective： To study the pattern of reinforcement training in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in a community. Methods： 91 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as subjects. Reinforcement training was carried out for three months by means of health education, quantitative diet, exerdse and reasonable drug, 10 indexes of 91 patients were detected. Results： The knowledge of 91 patients with type 2 diabetes rneUitus was improved and various indexes declined to a different extent in three months. There was significant difference for blood pressure, body weight, waistline, Fasting blood glucose （FBG）, Triglycerides （TG） and HbAlc （P〈0.01）, but there was no significant difference for Total Cbolesterol （TC）, High density lipoprotein （HDL） and lower density lipopritein （LDL） （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The anfidpafive effect was achieved by the way of health promotion of balanced diet and exercise.
