摘要
目的:了解青藏高原藏族地区居民各种疾病患病情况及其分布特征,为高原藏族地区疾病防治策略及措施的制定提供科学依据。方法:采取随机整群抽样法,入户调查所有居民疾病患病情况。结果:总患病率达56.74%,患病居前5位的分别是:消化系统疾病(26.14%)、呼吸系统疾病(24.39%)、关节病(16.58%)、心脑血管疾病(14.57%)及传染性疾病(4.68%);文盲和半文盲患病率(77.36%)高于其它文化程度的患病率;牧民患病率(73.55%)高于其它职业人群的患病率。结论:卫生行政部门应根据该地区居民患病特点,制定相应的疾病防治策略。
Objective： To investigate the prevalence of sorts of diseases and the character of distributing among the dwellers in Oinghai - Tibet Plateau, and to provide the policy and measures for the Plateau for the prevention and control of the diseases among the dwellers. Methods： The cluster random sampling method was used. The prevalence of diseases among mentioned persons was surveyed by accessing their home. Results： The prevalence of diseases among the dwellers was 56.74 %. The disease of system were ranged as： the disease of digestive system （26.14%）, the disease of respiratory system （24.39%）, the rheumatism and arthrosis （16.58%）, the disease of heart and brain blood vessel system （14.57%）, the infectious disease （4.68%）. The highest prevalence was semiliterate and illiteracy among culture （77.36%）. The highest prevalence was herdsman among occupation （73.55%）. Conclusion： The service of health constitute should differ policy and measures depending on the trait of disease among folk.
