摘要
用分期采收的山楂种子进行层积处理和萌发试验，并对其内源抑制物质进行生物测定。结果表明，成熟的种子经１８０ｄ低温层积不能萌发，而提早３０ｄ采收则萌发率可达３２％。萌发率高者抑制物质含量少。
Stralification and germination tests were performed to the Hawthorn seeds collected in different phases of ripening stage, and the inhibiors in the seeds were surveyed in the method of biology. The result showed that the matures seeds stratified for 180 days couldn′tgerminnte,but 32%of the seeds collected 30 days before maturity could germinate. Thehigher the germination percentage,the less the content of the inhibitors.
