As a producing factor, it can change a nation＇s comparative advantage and promote a nation＇s competitive advantage. So its proportion in international trade is larger and larger and its effect is bigger and bigger, thus cultivating China＇s intellectual property rights can improve the trade environment, which is becoming more and more important.
