摘要
1992年,从小叶满江红(A。microphylla)与墨西哥满江红(A。mexicana)的有性杂交后代中得到育性正常的大小孢子果。采用光学与扫描电子显微锐分别对来自亲本和子一代杂种大孢子果的孢囊外周壁和浮膘表面形态以及小孢子果泡胶块上的钩毛形态和钩毛横隔数进行了对比分析,为满江红分类及杂种鉴定提供了有价值的实验依据。
In 1992,both mega and micro sporocarps with normal reproductivity have been achieved from interspecific,hybrids crossed by A. micropylla and A.mexicana,The morphology of sexual organgs of parent material as well as their F1 hybrids was analy:ed by optical and scanning elec-tron microscopes,The exoperine and float surface of megasporocary and the glochidial appearance includinig the sepla number in glochdium of microsporocarp massules were compared among them.The result provided an useful basis for the classification of Azolla species and the identification of hybrid progenies.
