阿立哌唑与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

A Treatment Study of Schizophrenia with Aripiprazole and Chlorpromazine

目的:比较阿立哌唑与氯丙嗪对精神分裂症的疗效和副反应。方法:60例精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组与氯丙嗪组,每组30例,治疗8周,于治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、6、8周末进行PANSS评分和TESS评价疗效及副反应。结果:阿立哌唑组与氯丙嗪组之间疗效无显著差异,而阿立哌唑组副反应小于氯丙嗪组。结论:阿立哌唑与氯丙嗪都能有效地控制精神分裂症症状,但阿立哌唑不良反应比氯丙嗪要轻。

Objective： To compare the clinical effects and side effects of Aripiprazole and Chlopromazine in treatment of Schizophrenia. Methods： Sixty patients with Schizophrenia were randomly divided into Aripiprazole group and Chlorpromazine group： Each group had 30 cases. PANSS and TESS scales were used to measure effectiveness and safety before and at the end of week 1.2 .4.6.8 after treatment, respectively. Results： There were no significant differences of effectiveness between two groups. However, Aripiprazole had less side effects than Chlorpromazine. Conclusion： Both Aripiprazole and Chlorpromazine can control effectively the psychotic symptoms of Schizophrenia,but Aripiprazole had less side effect than Chlorpromaine.
