摘要
田间小区试验证实哒螨酮乳油和可湿性粉剂对柑桔全爪螨具有不同药效的基础上,通过生物测定和化学分析相结合的方法,研究比较了两种剂型生物效应的差异及其原因。哒螨酮乳油对成螨的毒力是哒螨酮可湿性粉剂的18.9倍,击倒中时前者是后者的2.2倍;乳油和可湿性粉剂在柑桔叶片上的残留消解方程分别为C=2.9556e-0.09708t和C=7.1029e-0.08103t,半衰期分别为7.1和8.6天;在田间的残效期可湿性粉剂表现较长。
Difference of effect on citrus red mite (CRM), Panonychus citri McGregor, between emulsifiable concentrate (EC) and wettable powder (WP) of pyridaben was presented by combination of bioassay and chemical assay. Toxicity of pyridaben EC to adult CRM is 18.9 times as high as that of WP and KT50 of EC is less than half of WP, causing a quicker effect of EC in the field. Degrading curve of pyridaben EC and WP on citrus leaves is C=2.9556e -0.09708t and C=7.1029e -0.08103t respectively, and half-life is 7.1 and 8.6 days, resulting in a longer persistence of WP in the field.
