摘要
目的:探讨二维及彩色多普勒显像在软组织海绵状血管瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:对15例软组织海绵状血管瘤行二维及彩色多普勒血流检查分析。结果:软组织海绵状血管瘤二维表现为形态多样的管状、分格状结构,相互交通。内可见强光斑回声。彩色多普勒显像示大部分有丰富血流信号,呈缓慢连续性。部分内无血流信号的挤压周围软组织后可见血流信号充盈。结论:二维及彩色多普勒显像对软组织海绵状血管瘤诊断具有重要的临床价值。
Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value of ultrasonography for cavernous hemangioma in soft tissue. Methods:Fifteen patients were examined by ultrasonography and confirmed by pathology. Results: The cavernous hemangioma in soft tissue had obvious 2-dimentional ultrasonographic features. It showed different patterns of tubular and derided patch structure, which cross between each other, into them a stronge facula echo was found. There were abundant blood signals in most cavernous veins on color Doppler flow image,and the blood flow signals were obviously enhanced after the pressure of those without blood signal on around soft tissue. Conclusion:The 2 d and Ultrasonography has important clinic value in diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma in soft tissue.
