辐射诱变选育春小麦高蛋白质种质资源 被引量:12

Developing High Protein Germplasm by γ-Ray Induction in Spring Wheat (T.aestivum L.)

摘要 用60Coγ射线辐射春小麦8131,经多年系谱选择和培育,育成籽粒蛋白质和赖氨酸含量分别达21.20%和0.48%的优异种质资源92-310等品系。1992~1994年试验表明,92-310平均产量可达6205.78kg/hm2,较亲本高20.51%,较当地推广的丰产性品种低15.32%。 A spring wheat line 92-310, in which the content of grain protein and lysine is 21.2% and 0.48% respectively, was developed by 60 Co radiating variety 8131(protein content is 17.5%). The results in three site showed that the grain yield of 92-310 was 6 205 kg/hm 2in Hexi area and the yield was increased averagely by 20.51% more than that of its parent 8131. The yield of this line was decreased by 15.32% as compared with released cultivars, but protein content was significant higher than control. The 92-310 is a good genetic resource for improving wheat grain protein content, and it can be also used in field production.
