Comparative Studies Between NIRS and Chemical Analysis Method on Measuring Moisture, Crude Protein, Lysine and Crude Starch Content of Wheat Grain

摘要 通过对近红外光谱分析法(NIRS)同时测定小麦种子水分、粗蛋白、赖氨酸和粗淀粉含量的比较研究,结果表明,该法与实验室化学法相关性高、误差小。对46、46、46和36份样品定标,上述4项指标的复合相关系数(MR)分别为0.9894、0.9984、0.9968和0.9742;标准误差(SE)分别为0.1042、0.2222、0.0519和0.5551。45、33、30和55份样品检验结果,相关系数(r)分别为0.9800、0.9904、0.9737和0.9501。 The comparation between Near Infrared Reflectance Spectra (NIRS) and chemical analysis method was carried out in this paper. The results of calibrating with 46, 46, 46 and 36 wheat samples showed that the correlation coefficients between NIRS and chemical analysis were 0.9894, 0.9984, 0.9468 and 0.9742 for moisture, crude protein, lysine and crude starch respectively, and their standard deviations were 0.1042, 0.2222, 0.0519 and 0.5551 respectively. The correlation coefficients between NIRS and chemical analysis were 0.9800, 0.9904, 0.9737 and 0.9501 respectively for 45, 33, 30 and 55 wheat samples, and which were significant. The agreement of two methods was good for the examined constituents. Thus, NIRS, with high speed, accuracy, simplicity and low cost, was employed to the analysis of quality of wheat grain.
