白芥抗黑腐病基因导入白菜的研究 被引量:9

摘要 以免疫白菜黑腐病的白芥品种和5个白菜品种为试村,通过子房和胚珠培养技术挽救了白菜×白芥属间杂种胚,得到一批白菜×白芥杂种植株。利用离体培养叶接种法对杂种幼苗黑腐病抗性进行鉴定。 Intergeneric hybrid emryo between Brassica campestris cv. NW 1,NW 2,NW 3,NW 4,80-7 and Sinapis alba cv. J 10 (immunity to black rot) via ovary and ovule culture technique were rescued, and some hybrid plants of B.campestris × S.alba were obtained . Some hybrid lines of high resistance or immunity to black rot were produced according to the indentification of disease resistrance in the hybrids of B.campestris × S.alba by artificial inoculation with detached culture leaves . Thoes results indicated that genes of resistance or immunity to black rot were successfully transferred to the hybrids of B. campestris × S. alba.
