外商直接投资对中国制造业内资企业绩效的影响被引量：22

摘要本文发现中国内资企业在1995至2001年间绩效的改善与同期外商直接投资(FDI)的流入紧密相关。外资中海外华资企业的投资对观察期内中国内资企业的整体绩效一直呈现显著的正向影响;来自西方发达国家跨国公司的投资从1995年对内资企业的有限影响发展到2001年显著的正向效果表明,西方投资对内资企业绩效改善的重要性日益增长。从内资企业所有制看,海外华资与西方投资似乎都使中国国有企业获益,而集体企业只是在近年才逐渐开始受益。研究结论建议相关决策部门把吸引外商直接投资与国内其他经济改革政策有针对性地结合起来,以充分获取外商投资带来的益处。
