论西方战略与安全研究的转变

Evolution of Strategic and Security Studies in the West

当代西方战略与安全研究的学科建立和发展是一个主要围绕着对研究方法、思考范式和研究议程的探讨而不断更新的过程。西方学者在扩大安全研究议程和为战略研究重新定位过程中的态度与具体做法,西方战略研究与大战略思想和大战略研究之间相互有所影响、但又保持着距离的关系及个中缘由,战略界在科学方法与历史方法之间的取舍以及安全概念的拓展所带来的安全研究思考范式的调整和改变,都是值得我们重视的,并引发我们对如何进一步推进中国的战略与安全研究的思考。

The establishment and development of strategic and security studies in the contemporary West is a process of continuous renewal of the research paradigm,method,and agenda.We should pay special attention to the attitudes and approaches that Western scholars have adopted to expand the research agenda of security studies and to redefine the research field of strategic studies,the differences and interactions between Western strategic studies and grand strategies,the choices between scientific and historical approaches,and the adjustments and changes in the theoretical security pa￣radigms caused by a redefinition of the security concept.In addition,we need to further consider how to promote strategic and security studies in China.
