建筑机械租赁业自20世纪80年代开始在中国出现,已经走过了20多年的风雨历程,加之各路媒体的炒作,近几年大有升温之势。我们从《建筑机械》杂志2005年8期的《探讨塔机租赁的生存环境》一文中不难看出,全国各地域的建筑机械租赁业的发展是极不平衡的,这其中北京市由于所处的特殊地位,建筑机械租赁市场已经发展得比较成熟,进入激烈的市场竞争时期。

The rental market of construction equipments started in China in the 1980s and was bombing in the recent years. But the rental market in different regions of China is different from each other. In Beijing, the rental market is very mature, and the competition is serious. The figures are the best evidence, mis article analysed the rental rates of kinds of construction equipments in Beijing in the recent 10 years. The rental market in other regions of China is not as mature as Beijing, we hope these figures are useful to their development.
