摘要
试验研究了展叶期人参去除叶片对存留叶片光合作用及物质生产日变化的影响。结果表明:去除部分叶片后,存留叶片光合速率明显增加,平均提高8.1%,但上午和下午增加幅度不同,上午增加5.1%,下午增加12.3%;比叶重下降3.9%,淀粉含量下降6.1%,可溶性糖含量下降3.9%,可溶性蛋白质含量增加5.9%,气孔导度、蒸腾速率有不同程度的增加,胞间CO2浓度变化较小。
Effects of removing leaves on diurnal changes of photosynthesis and mass production of remaining leaves were studied at full unfolded stage in leaves of Panax ginseng. The results showed: by removing some leaves of Panax ginseng, the photosynthetic rate of the remainder leaves notably increases by 8.1%, but the increasing degree in the morning is different from that in the afternoon, 5.1% in the morning and 12.3% in the afternoon; specific leaf weight decreases by 3.9 %, content of starch decreases by 6.1% ,content of soluble surge decreases by 3.9%, and content of soluble protein increases by 5.9%, Gs and Tr increase differently, and changes of Ci are little.
