摘要
试验选用2个吉林省主推大豆品种、3个美国低亚麻酸材料作为杂交亲本,按Griffing方法2进行双列杂交,对5种主要油脂脂肪酸含量进行了配合力分析。结果表明:油脂脂肪酸含量属数量遗传,亚麻酸和棕榈酸受加性效应控制,油酸和亚油酸受加性效应和非加性效应共同控制,以加性效应为主,硬脂酸含量受非加性效应控制。亲本油脂脂肪酸含量的平均值与一般配合力效应值呈密切的正相关,可直接通过亲本油脂脂肪酸含量的平均值间接选择一般配合力高的材料作杂交亲本。亲本的一般配合力效应值与特殊配合力效应值有时表现并不完全一致,最优的材料有时未必能配出最优的杂交组合,不能通过亲本的一般配合力效应值的表现来判断特定组合特殊配合力的表现。
The two popularized cultivars in Jilin and three American low linolenic materials were used as parents to make complete diallel crossing in accordance with the Griffing's method 2. The combining ability and heritability of oil fatty acid contents were analyzed. The oil fatty acid contents were quantitative in heritance, linolenic and palmitic contents were controlled by the additive effect, oleic and linoleic contents were commonly controlled by the additive and the no-additive effect, and the additive effect was more important, and stearic contents were controlled by the no-additive effect. The average of oil fatty acid content of parent had closely positive correlation to the effect value of GCA (general combining ability of parent). The effect value of GCA did not accord to the effect value of SCA, the excellent material could not be made excellent crosses be judged by the effect value sometimes, and the performance of the SCA of the specific cross could not of GCA.
