荷斯坦犊牛新型饲养模式的研究

Research on the New Type of Feeding Pattern for Holstein Calves

采用非配对试验设计,对荷斯坦犊牛进行了新型饲养模式的研究。结果表明:试验组和对照组犊牛干物质采食量差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组犊牛平均日增重明显高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组犊牛的体尺指标优于对照组,其中体高和臀角宽日平均增长量差异显著(P<0.05),体斜长、胸围和腰角宽日平均增长量差异极显著(P<0.01);颗粒精料对犊牛复胃发育具有良好的促进作用,其中瘤胃单位面积(cm2)平均乳头数量和瘤胃壁平均厚度组间差异显著(P<0.05),瘤胃乳头平均长度组间差异极显著(P<0.01)。

The research on the new type of feeding pattern of Holstein calves by means of unequal paired feeding trial was studied . The results showed that there was no significant difference on dry matter intake between control group and trial group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The calves in control group were more efficient than those of trial group on average daily gain（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The body measurement indexes of trial calves were better than those of control calves, of which height at withers and pin bone width of two groups were significant（ P 〈0.05）, body length, heart girth and hip width were more efficient（ P 〈0.01）. Pellet concentrate could stimulate the development of calves＇ stomach, the average tureen papillae number in unitary area （cm^2） and average nnnen thickness of two groups were significant（ P 〈 0.05）, and the average nmaen papillae length of two groups were more efficient（ P 〈 0.01 ）.
