摘要
对云南野生白芨(Bletilla striata)进行组培快繁研究,结果表明:Ms+6-BA 1.0~3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L可诱导茎尖及侧芽萌生增殖芽;Ms+KT 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L诱导增殖的效果最好,培养40d后增殖率可达450%;1/2 Ms+NAA0.5 mg/L有利于生根,且植株长势健壮.炼苗基质以60%腐叶土+30%珍珠岩+10%素红土为佳;炼苗温度23~27℃,空气相对湿度80%~90%有利于提高炼苗成活率.
Cell culture was made of wild Bletilla growing in Yunnan province for its rapid propagation. MS + 6 -BA 1.0 ~ 3.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L induced proliferation buds from its tip meristems and lutred buds. MS + KT 4.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L was the best proliferation medium, giving a proliferation rate of 450% after 40 days'culture. 1/2 MS + NAA 0.5 mg/L was favorable for rooting and the vigorous growth of the induced shoots. The best medium for the hardening of the regenerated planflets was a compost made of humus soil 60%, pedite 30% and simple red soil 10%. Hardened under a temperature of 23 ~ 27℃ and a relative humidity of 80% ~ 90%, the regenerated plantlets survived well.
