几种调控措施对宽皮柑桔3种激素含量的影响

NFLUENCE OF SOME REGULATORY MEASURES ON THREE HORMONES IN MANDAR IN (CITRUS RETICULATABLANCO)

试验以15 a生本地早(C itrus reticulataB lanco)为材料,研究了5种调控措施对柑桔树叶片和芽的3种激素含量的影响。结果表明:叶片作测定对象时只有GA1/3的趋势明显,在iPAs和ABA上反映的信息是凌乱的,而芽子则能很好地反映出3种激素的水平和动态。在抑花措施中,GA3处理显著地提高了GA1/3含量,显著地降低了iPAs特别是ABA的含量;6-BA处理提高了iPAs含量,降低了ABA的含量;促花措施中,环割和PP333处理均降低了GA1/3含量,提高了iPAs和ABA的含量,PD J-B处理在程度上不及前2者。

Five regulatory measures were adopted to regulate flowering and fruit - setting of 15 - year - old trees of mandarin （ Citrus reticulata Blanco） variety Huanong Bendizan on a Poncirus rootstock, which has a strong tendency of alternating bearing, to investigate their effects on GA1/3 , iPAs and ABA in the leaves and buds. When the leaves were used for endogenous hormone determination, the dynamics of GA1/3 content showed a definite trend, while the responses of iPAs and ABA were mixing. In contrast, the buds well reflected the levels and dynamics of all the three hormones investigated. In flowering - depressing treatments, GA3 treatment significantly increased the content of GA1/3 and decreased the contents of iPAs and, particularly, ABA and 6 - BA treatment raised the content of iPAs and decreased ABA. In flowering - promoting measures, the treatments of girdling and PP333 decreased GA1/3 content and enhanced the contents of iPAs and ABA. PDJ - B treatment showed a similar effect, but to a lesser extent.
