摘要
以碱式碳酸镁为原料,采用微波辐射煅烧制备轻质活性氧化镁是可行的,正交实验结果表明,影响碱式碳酸镁分解的主要因素是微波功率,其次是煅烧时间,物料质量影响最小。确定了最佳实验工艺条件为:微波功率490 W,煅烧时间12 m in,物料质量2 g,碱式碳酸镁的分解率为93.81%,活性氧化镁的碘吸附值为72.56 mg/g。
Taking basic magnesium carbonate as raw materials, the feasibility for the preparation of light and activated magnesium oxide by microwave radiation - calcining is investigated. The test resuhs indicate that the main factor for effecring basic magnesium carbonate decomposition is microwave power,then calcination time and the mass of basic magnesium carbonate. The optimum process conditions are determined as follows: microwave power 490 W, calcination time 12 min, material weight 2 g. The decomposition rate of basic magnesium carbonate is 93.81% ,the iodine valve of magnesium oxide is 72.56 mg/g.
