超声引导下麦默通装置在乳腺疾病中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨超声引导下麦默通系统在乳房外科中的应用价值。方法85例共152个经临床及超声显像检查明确为乳房肿块的患者,均采用8G穿刺针在超声引导下行肿块切除术,其中3例行肿块活检术,2个月后复查。结果所有患者均在实时超声引导下完成肿块切除术,超声引导成功率达100%。除第一例外其余患者均完整切除肿块;术中出血最多达150 ml,一般无明显出血,术中于局麻药中加入肾上腺素有助于控制出血。无1例有明显的手术疤痕,2例术后出现明显的局部青紫,2个月后完全消褪。结论超声引导下麦默通装置具有定位准确、微创切除或活检乳房肿块的功能,尤其适合于直径在3 cm以下的肿块。 Objective To explore the clinic value using ultrasound-guided mammotome vacuum device in breast disease. Method In 85 patients all 152 breast masses diagnosed by clinic and ultrasound examination were removed using ultrasound-guided mammotome vacuum device with a 8G probe, only three masses were biopsy using the same device. Follow-up evaluation was performed 2 months later. Results The needle operation was conducted in accordance with real time visualized by ultrasound except that in the first patient and the breast masses in all patients were completely removed using a 8G probe. The max breeding volume is 150 ml, but the most patients bled a little during operation. No scar was found in all patients. Only in 2 patients cyanoderma was found in the breast operation. Two months later, the cyanoderma of the breast were completely regressed. Conclusion The mammotome vacuum device guiede by ultrasound is position fixed accurately and minimally invasive to remove or biopsy breast mass, especially suitable for the breast mass was less than 3 cm in size. The method is worth to be recommended.
