兔类风湿性关节炎模型的诱导机制及组织病理学的研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察鸡卵蛋白诱导性兔类风湿性关节炎模型实验方法的可行性。方法将8只新西兰兔致敏,致敏成功后双膝关节各注射5 mg鸡卵蛋白进行关节炎模型的诱导,测量关节直径和关节表面皮肤温度的变化,诱导1周和4周时分别各随机处死4只,取出关节滑膜和软骨作组织学观察。结果诱导后膝关节直径和关节皮肤温度明显上升(P<0.01),诱导1周时的模型滑膜内可见大量的淋巴细包浸润,诱导4周后滑膜增生更加显著。结论鸡卵蛋白诱导性兔类风湿性关节炎模型的病理过程与人类相似,诱导简单方便,效果稳定,能长期维持,是很好的类风湿性关节炎实验模型。 Objeetive To evaluate the feasibility of the lab-test method in the model of rabbit rheumatoid arthritis induced by ovalbumin. Methods Eight rabbits were infected. When the infection was successful, 5 mg ovalbumin was injected into the intra-articular of each knee, so as to induce the arthritis model. The articular diameter and the temperature changes were measured in the articular surface skin. Four rabbits were randomly killed respectively after one week and four weeks of inducement. The articular synovium and chondrocyte were taken out for histological examination. Results After inducement, the articular diameters of both knees, and the temperature of the articular skin have showed an obvious increase (P〈 0.01). A great extent of lymphocytic infiltration was seen inside the model synovium fter one week's inducement, and it was more distinctive of synovium increase after four weeks of inducement. Conclusions The pathological process development of the model of rabbit rheumatioid arthritis induced by ovalbumin is similar to that in human beings. The inducement method is easy, convenient, stable in effect and good for long-term maintenance so that it is a good lab model of rheumatoid arthritis.
