纯棉高支丝光绞纱煮染一浴法工艺

One bath scouring and dyeing process of high count mercerized cotton hank

利用先进的意大利纱线漂染机,对已丝光的纯棉高支纱线进行煮染一浴法试验,以解决和提升高支纱线的强力。研究发现,在FD-ZT02高效助剂的作用下,根据纱线、染料的特性,选用一浴分步与预加碱法或一浴分步与混合加碱法,可既提高纱线的毛效和强力,又使染料均匀上染。

One bath scouring and dyeing process of mercerized high count cotton yarns is carried out in advanced yarn bleaching and dyeing machine to enhance the yarn strength. Results show that with the assistance of FD-ZT02 agent, one bath process combined with alkali pre-addition or mixed alkali addition is put forward, which can improve the capillary effect and strength of yarns, as well as level dyeing.
