摘要
涂层纺织品含量测试,无法沿用普通纺织品的定量分析标准。以涤棉涂层织物为研究对象,采用丙酮、乙酸乙酯、二甲苯和二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,在不同温度下对聚丙烯酸酯PA涂层和聚氨酯PU涂层织物进行剥离。研究结果发现,在50℃条件下用二甲基甲酰胺进行剥离,PA和PU涂层试样的剥离率和涂层率趋于一致。将涂层织物的涂层胶去除后,可进行混纺织物组分的定量测试。
Owing to the unique characteristics of coated fabric, conventional quantitative analysis standard can 't determine the fiber content. Polyacrylate(PA) coated and polyurethane (PU) coated polyester/cotton fabrics are stripped under different temperatures using acetone, ethyl acetate, xylene and DMF(dimethyl formamide) as solvent. Results show that the peeling ratio of PA or PU coated fabric stripped with DMF at 50℃ is similar to coating ratio. After removal of coating agent, quantitative analysis can be undertaken to determine the contents of blended fabric
