摘要
介绍了防火涂料的发展方向。使用低压冷等离子体技术制备防火涂料,可以大大提高涂料的耐火性能, 涂层的热释放速率降低约50%;在防火涂料中添加少量纳米颜填料,可以提高耐火性能,减少阻燃剂用量;使用环保新 材料制造防火涂料,也是防火涂料发展的一个重要方向。
This article has described the development of fire - proofing coatings, and three technologies for improvement of fire proofing performance : low voltage plasma technology, which can improve the fire retardant performance of coatings, and reduce heat releasing of coatings film about 50% ; incorporation of small amount of nano pigment or fillers, which can improve fire retardant performance and reduce amount of fire retardants; environmental friendly materials, which is one of the important development trends.
