区域共同电力市场是我国特有的问题,在国内外都没有现成经验。文中提出了4种典型的区域共同电力市场模式,比较了各种模式的优缺点,以及发展成为区域统一电力市场的过渡方案, 可供从事电力市场工作的领导和专家们讨论和参考。
Regional common electricity market is the unique problem in China; there is no existing experience in the world. In this paper, 4 models of different regional common electricity market are presented, their advantages and disadvantages are compared, and an interim scheme to evolve into regional unified electricity market is proposed.
