Natural Law,Familial Ethics or Feminism?:Rereading Antigone and the Methodology

西方学者对于古希腊著名悲剧《安提戈涅》的法理学或法理学意义的解释在当代中国较有影响的大致有三种,但都有缺憾,且在其中也显现出中国学者在方法论上存在的问题。反对本质主义,坚持语境化进路来解读文本,关注细节,进行多视角的理解和反思,将会避免借助第二手资料做出一种教义化的概括。同时,关注不同文化或学术视角和思路之间的紧张关系亦可在阐释学意义上拓展我们的视野。

Three of the interpretations that westem jurists make on the classical Greek tragedy Antigone are pervading in China, namely, the approach of natural law, familial ethics and feminism. However, everyone has its defeet, and going with it are revealed the limitations that the Chinese academia have in the research methodology. The tendency to conduct the second-hand materials in a doctrinary way can be avoided by opposing essentialism, interpreting the text in its context, paying attention to the details, and thinking from multi - perspectives. In the meanwhile, taking into consideration the tensions between different cultures or academic approaches can also expand the theoretical horizon through a interpretive way.
