烟嘴水松纸用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂油墨连接剂的研制

Reseach of printing ink linking material made by polyvinyl butyral resin which used in China cypress paper of cigarette filter tip

利用丙烯酸对松香改性,制得水溶性的改性松香增粘剂,再与聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)共聚制得适合烟用水松纸水溶性油墨连接料,以替代通常的溶剂粘结剂。经检测,该产品具有优良的粘结性能和水溶性。

In this paper, we used acrylic acid to modify the rosin, synthesized a water soluble sticky-augment agent and then mixed together polyvinyl butyral to produce a kind of water soluble printing ink linking material, which was applicable for cigarette. Testing result indicates that this production has fine sticky ability and water solubility.
