摘要
基于技术知识的阐述,从知识匹配的角度讨论企业引进技术项目的评价与选择方法,强调了引进的技术知识对企业创新成果的影响,并针对技术知识匹配的二维分析给出评价指标体系与具体选择方法,为企业技术引进、制定技术战略等活动提供参考。
Based on depicting technological knowledge, this paper discusses an evaluation and selection approach of technological acquisition project in enterprise from the angle of technological knowledge matching, emphasizes the effects of acquired technology knowledge on enterprise＇s innovation, and presents the index system and specific selection approach, which can offer reference for enterprises＂ technological acquisition, strategy-making and so on.
