摘要
提出和界定了知识集成能力的概念,探讨了知识集成能力构成要素:关系资本、知识共享水平和吸收能力,在此基础上,对77家知识型企业进行了问卷调查,并对数据进行了分析,得出知识集成能力与关系资本、知识共享水平和吸收能力均成正比例关系的结论。
Knowledge integration capability is the base of knowledge creation for enterprise. This paper puts torward and defines the concept of knowledge integration capability, discusses its components including relationship capital, knowledge sharing level and absorptive capability. Then a survey is developed to collect data from 77 knowledge-based enterprises, and by studying the data with correlation and regression method, the paper got the conclusion that the relationship capital, knowledge sharing level and absorptive capability are showed positive correlations with the knowledge integration capability.
