摘要
在研究了国内外专家对项目群管理理论与实践的基础上,从项目群管理的战略层和运作层两个层面入手,设计了项目群管理的知识转化模型,对于解决实施项目群管理时出现的问题进行了理论探讨。
Based on the study of the theories and practice of program management of the domestic and foreign experts, this article started with strategy layers and operation layers of program management, and designed the knowledge transformation model of program management, and then conducted the theoretical discussion to solve the problem of implementing program management.
