摘要
介绍了项目管理的内容及主要过程和应用领域,列举了医院在器材流程再造和综合效益评价体系建立两个项目中进行项目管理的应用实例,指出项目管理更具有实用性和科学性,其能组织协调有限的资源去执行规定的任务并在一定的时间框架内完成任务,同时强调项目管理的系统化、明确化及团队化,从而推动医院管理水平的进一步提升。
The paper gives an account of the content, major process and application fields of project management and cites two actual cases of its application,, business process reengineering in the procurement of equipment and establishment of a comprehensive benefit evaluation system. It argues that project management, characterized by practicability and scientificalness, renders it possible to make the best use of limited resources to carry out and complete an assigned task within a fixed time frame. The paper also stresses the importance of systematization, clarity and team work when applying project management so as to further enhance hospital management.
