One hundred fifty 43 week old Lohmann Brown hens were used (10 each group)to estimate the requirements and models of amino acids depending on the regression relationship between daily amino acid intake and the requirements of animo acid for egg mass,maintenance,and daily gain.In addition,the result showed the compositions of amino acids in egg and live body kept constant during the experimental period.
