摘要
老工业基地,由于历史原因,土地资源配置不合理。仅以长春市为例,优化土地资源配置,可以确保老工业基地振兴的发展空间。
Because of some history reasons, the distribution of earth resources in the old industrial bases is not reasonable. This Paper takes Changchun city as an example to analyze the distribution of earth resources in order to rejuvenate the old northeast industrial bases.
