摘要
对龙门式管板钻床的横梁和立柱等大型基础件,从材料力学原理出发,选用了45°对角肋、横向布置多道肋板,导轨布置于对角肋对应位置上,滚珠丝杠受力位置增加局部肋板,并且在立柱中采用封砂工艺等措施,有效地提高了这些基础大件的刚度和阻尼性能。
Based on mechanics of materials, the large structures, such as beam and column, of piano-type pipe plate drilling machine are designed with 45°diagonal ribs, multiple rib plate in cross direction, the guideways in corresponding positions of the diagonal ribs,aided local rib plate on support points of ballscrews and sand enclosed technology is adopted in the column casting.All the measures effectively improved the rigidityand damping performances of the structures.
