试论抗战时期的“一国两制”——论国共合作的法制基础

One Country , Two Systems Conditions during the War of Resistance against Japan

本文主要回顾抗战时期国共两党两种法律制度共存的历史,总结“一国两制”法律制度形成的原因,探讨其主要内容,并对其进行思考,以纪念抗战胜利60周年。

This article reviews the history of the two legal systems coexisting during the War of Resistance against Japan： the legal system of the Communist Party of China and that of the Chinese Guomindang Party, the then party in office. The article summarizes causative and contributive factors of the “one country, two systems” conditions during that time, probes and ponders over the main content of the two systems for commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Anti-Japan War.
