颈椎损伤与颈脊髓损伤的关系分析

Relationship between the Injury of Cervical Spine and Cervical Spinal Cord

目的分析颈椎损伤与颈脊髓损伤的关系。方法回顾性地分析了265例颈椎损伤患者,依据A llen分类方法对其颈椎损伤类型进行分类,依据A S IA国际脊髓损伤分级标准对其脊髓损伤情况进行分级,应用统计学软件包对二者的关系进行分析。结果颈椎损伤与颈脊髓损伤之间具有一定的相关性。结论颈脊髓损伤的程度与颈椎损伤的程度之间具有一定的正相关性,根据颈椎损伤的程度可以对颈脊髓损伤的程度作出判定。

Objective To analyze the relationship between cervical spine injury and cervical spinal cord injury. Methods 256 cases were analyzesd according to the Allen cervical spine injury classifing standard and ASIA neurological injury standard. Results There was significant correlationship between cervical spine injury and cervical spinal cord injury. Conclusion The degree of spinal cord injury can be judged according to the classification of cervical spine injury.
