摘要
目的:探讨骶髂关节疾患所致下肢痛的机制.方法:电刺激大鼠骶髂关节背侧关节囊及韧带记录同侧胫神经电位变化。结果:电刺激骶髂关节背侧关节囊及韧带可在同侧胫神经记录到一后动作电位,当切断同侧L1以下脊神经后根或用2%普鲁卡因封闭骶髂关节背部关节囊及其周围韧带后重复电刺激,同侧胫神经之后动作电位消失。结论:支配骶髂关节背侧关节囊及韧带的脊神经后支与同侧胫神经有神经反射联系。其反射弧的中枢在脊髓内。骶髂关节疾患可以引起同侧小腿的牵涉痛。
Objective To study the mechanism of the referred pain in lower extremities caused by the sacroiliac joint diseases in rats. Methods:when the dorsal capsule and ligament of the sacroiliac joint were electrically stimulated , nerve potentials were recorded from the tibial nerve (Tib). Results: Late action potentials were elicited in the tibial never by the stimulations and disappeared after cutting off the dorsal the roots of spinal nerves below L1 or blocking the capsule and peripheral ligaments of the joint by 2% procain. Conclusions:The correlation on reflection is lie between the dorsal capsule and ligament of the cacroiliac joint and the Tib. And the central of retie arc exists in spinal cord. Referred pain in lower extremities can be caused by cacroiliac joint abnormalities as the space association between the dorsal capsule and ligament of the cacroiliac joint and the Tib through neural reflection.
